Josh Singer is an Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Services Group at CBRE in the Pittsburgh, PA office. With the guidance of industry veterans Kim Clackson, Matt Clackson, and Nicole Clackson Rossman, Josh has had the opportunity to work on a variety of transaction types, gaining exposure to several facets of the industry.
Josh’s journey with the Clackson Team began as an intern in the summer of 2023. With his strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, he quickly gained a passion for the industry.
Preceding his graduation from the University of Pittsburgh, he accepted a permanent position with the Clackson Team.
As an Associate at CBRE, Josh is dedicated to expanding his market knowledge and skills, while working with corporate occupiers and landlords to achieve their business goals.
Prior to his tertiary studies at the University of Pittsburgh, Josh relocated from Brisbane, Australia, to Pittsburgh, PA, eager to pursue new opportunities and challenges.
