Nicole Clackson Rossman is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services. Nicole’s primary involvement is the sale and leasing of commercial and retail properties in the Pittsburgh market. Partnered with CBRE’s Executive Vice President, Kim Clackson, Nicole has become the third generation in her family to be involved in Commercial Real Estate.
The Clackson Team represents over 1.5 million square feet of commercial building space and over 1,000 acres of land for sale or lease in the Pittsburgh region. Nicole has facilitated transactions in both landlord and tenant representation, and serves her clients through locating potential tenants or spaces, negotiating leases, and minimizing the overall lease-up period.
